MALINDA E. WATSON was born in Macon, Georgia, in 1965. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in 1987, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2004.
Ms. Watson’s practice includes a broad base of general civil and commercial litigation. She has obtained successful results in personal injury, family law, insurance defense, premises liability, products liability and contract disputes. She is experienced in handling all aspects of civil litigation from case inception to trial, and has handled cases for individual clients as well as complex multi-party cases.
Ms. Watson is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the Houston Young Lawyer’s Association. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
She is an active member of the Association of Emory Alumni. She is a volunteer attorney for the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program.
